Competition held at fair grounds. Youth from 4:30 to 5:30 pm & Adult from 5:30 to 6:30 pm daily. Targets, ammo, & rifle provided. Sign in 1 hr or at the beginning of fair week at the fair office. Competitor will fire 5 shots per target each day. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner daily who will be awarded a premium followed by a winner for their participation of all week high score that will receive a Rosette.

RULES FOR LITTLE MISS FAIR PRINCESS CONTEST:
1. Be present at the fair for evening shows and presentation of awards.
2. Participate in parades.
3. Participate in fair sponsored activities throughout the year.
4. Cannot be a previous winner.
5. Must be five years old as of July 1, 2024.
6. Little Misses must be ages five (5) to nine (9) and MUST remain 9 through the 2024 year.
7. Must be a resident of Fulton County.
8. MUST be present for Meet and Greet on Tues., July 23 at 6:00 p.m. at Stone Hollow Farm, 16937 Great Cove Rd., McConnellsburg.

TRACTOR PULL RULES
This pull is a part of the annual Fulton County Fair. It is conducted to demonstrate the pulling ability of “FARM TRACTORS” and for the entertainment of Fair Spectators. We want this to be a friendly competition and expect that all owners and operators will maintain the same attitude at all times
If you have any questions about anything, please ask a Track Official. We want everything clearly understood in order to avoid the possibility of drama and disputes after the pull starts. In the event of a dispute, the final decision lies with the Track Officials and Fair Event Committee. Their decision will stand and is not open to appeal. We expect this to be a friendly competition and anticipate that all owners and operators will maintain this same attitude at all times.
Any questions regarding the pulls can be directed to Brandon Morton at 240-285-8473. These are the same rules Grease, Steam and Rust use. All prizes are trophies. Pit Pass holders must sign waiver.
Classic Antique Years: 1939 to 1960. Weight Classes: 6,000 lbs. – 7,000 lbs. – 8,000 lbs. – 9,000 lbs.
Farm Stock: Weight Classes: 7,500 lbs. – 9,500 lbs. – 12,500 lbs. – 15,500 lbs. – 17,500 lbs. – 19,500 and over lbs.
There will be a $15.00 SLED FEE NO EXCEPTIONS per tractor, per class, payable on registration. No tractor may pull in more than ONE WEIGHT class. WE RESERVE the right to alter or add to these weight classes if the need arises. All tractors are required to weigh before they pull as well as coming off the track at Fair Track Staff discretion. You may exceed a weight class by no more than 60-POUNDS if you have removable weights. You may exceed a weight class by no more than 260-POUNDS. If the overall weight of the tractor does not include any removable weights.
Engines: Stock engines only. Turbos are permitted, factory installed ONLY. No superchargers. The injection pump must be stock. Fuel metering devices may be set anywhere. May not exceed factory rated RPM’s and OR horsepower by more than 20%. We reserve the right to check any questionable engine on a dynamometer.
Hitches: ALL hitch / drawbar may not exceed 20” from the ground level to top of the hitch point. Hitch heights will be checked on scales during weigh-in. In the absence of a pulling loop, use a clevis and a ¾” bolt tightened. This too will be checked on the scales. Be sure your hitch is approved.
Drivers: All operators will be required to sign a release relieving the sponsor from all personal and property liability.
Safety: The head flagman will determine when a condition is unsafe (front end float, bounce, speed, weight or parts falling off tractor, fire, etc.) and: will “RED FLAG” the puller immediately. Front-end float is not to exceed knee height or at the decision of the flagman. The tractor must be kept within the boundaries of the track at all times. The FLAGMAN’S DECISION IS FINAL. Only track officials are permitted on the track after a tractor starts to pull.
Pulling: A puller may stop within the 75-foot mark for any reason. Any tractor pulling less than 75-feet will be returned to the start line and re-started. The re-start is final.
Traction Devices: Only pneumatic, conventional or radial tires are permitted. NO cut tires permitted. Four wheel drives are not permitted to pull in competition.

Kids’ Pedal Tractor Pulls
Sponsored by McConnellsburg Motor & Implement
This is a Pedal Tractor Pull put on for the enjoyment of kids & spectators at the Fulton County Fair.
This competition involves children peddling a Modified Pedal Tractor while pulling a small weight transfer sled as far as he/she can.
The children will be separated into different age groups. The classes will basically be broken into 6 groups of children by 2 year age increments.
3-4 year old Ribbons 1st thru 5th place
5-6 year old Ribbons 1st thru 5th place
7-8 year old Ribbons 1st thru 5th place
9-10 year old Ribbons 1st thru 5th place
11-12 year old Ribbons 1st thru 5th place

There is no cost/fee for a child to participate. All participants will be awarded some type of ribbon.

SECTION 4 ATV Dirt Drags For information call Daryl at 717-830-0224. Drag Race Driver Registration: $15 plus first run Additional Runs: $5 each Pit Pass: $10 Registration starts at 4 pm. Registration closes at 6 pm. No exceptions-no late entries! Mandatory drivers meeting at approximately 6:30 pm. Drag Races will start at approximately 7 pm following practice runs.
Drag Racing Area:
All Drag Racing will be conducted on a dirt surface.
Two side-by-side lanes will be marked by a white lime lines and/or traffic cones.
The track will be "worked" to ensure a safe and fair drag race. This may include disking, watering, and rolling the track.
The "Drag Race Track" will be set between 200 feet.
Pit Passes:
All dirt drag racers, pits crew members and associated parties must sign an insurance waiver and wear a prominently displayed pit pass. Pit passes are $10 each and available at the vehicle registration.

1. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITTED ANYWHERE ON THE GROUNDS! Open or closed container does not matter. This is non-negotiable. Any violation of this rule will lead to racer and pit crew automatically being escorted off the grounds without the refunding of entry fees or pit passes.
2. All individuals planning to participate in dirt drag races must register, pay the entry fees, submit their vehicle to inspection, sign the insurance waiver, and wear "prominently displayed" pit pass. No one is to be in the pit area without signing the insurance waiver, and wearing a "prominently displayed" Pit Pass.
3. All dirt drag drivers must wear shirt, pants and shoes in competition. ATV drivers see more specifications under ATV rules.
4. All dirt drag racing is performed at racers own risk.
5. Safety inspection by officials is required at time of registration. Any decisions by the officials regarding a vehicle participation is FINAL!!
6. All drivers are required to attend driver's meeting prior of start of event.
7. Officials reserve the right to re-inspect any vehicle participating in the event.
8. Excessive loss of liquid on the track or loss of parts is caused for disqualification.
9. Any vehicle that touches the white line, traffic cones, or Jersey Barricades either side of the truck's lane will be disqualified.
10. ANY and ALL rules are subject to alteration by officials for the needs of the event. Officials will attempt to relay any event rule alterations at the driver's meeting prior to the event starting.
11. Failure to observe any and all rules by driver or pit crew may result in disqualification without the refunding of entry fees or pit passes.
12. The use of foul language, arguing with event officials, or other unsportsmanlike conduct is cause for disqualification of BOTH the driver and the vehicle for the event!! Such actions will also be considered cause for being barred from future events.
13. Driver is responsible for the actions and conduct of his or her own pit crew.
Safety considerations: 1. No speeding or hot rodding in the pit area. Any vehicle in the opinion of "event officials" engaging in "horseplay" or operating in an unsafe manner may be ejected from the event, escorted out of the pit area, disqualified, and barred from future events.
2. Driver must stay with their vehicle while their class is participating. Failure to stay with your vehicle can result in a disqualification. Drivers may not leave the driver’s seat while vehicle is on the track. Driver will take all directions from the officials while on the track and in the pit area.
3. No one is permitted on track except officials and dirt drag racers. The only exception is: pit crew members are only permitted on track to aid in restarting a disabled participating vehicle.

2. Fully operation kill switch is required.
3. No passengers are permitted on ATVs.

5. Rider will be determined age appropriate to machine at officials discretion.
6. No spikes or nitrous allowed.

6. A motor sport approved neck collar is required.
Truck, SUV or Car Specific Tough Wheels Racing Rules **See General Rules for Additional Rules**
1. A valid photo driver's license is required for the driver.
2. All Racers must be at least 16 years or older to enter any class. Any driver who is 16 or 17 must have a consent waiver signed by guardian.
3. All Drivers must wear shirt, pants and shoes in competition.
4. Vehicle registration and insurance may be requested by officials for the showroom and street classes.
5. A windshield or wire mesh is recommended for all vehicles.
6. Seatbelts are to be worn in ALL classes.
7. Passengers are not permitted.
8. 2 1/2 lb. fire extinguisher with gauge mounted on an approved mounting bracket within drivers reach is highly recommended
9. One 1" roll bar padding highly recommended within 18" of driver's helmet
10. Complete firewall must protect the driver's compartment front and rear and shield from body side to body side
11. Open top vehicles must have approved cover and / or safety netting over driver's compartment
12. The use of arm restraints or approved window netting is highly recommended
13. Vehicles without permanent doors must have approved side protection
14. No fuel, oil, and / or coolant lines in driver's compartment
15. All batteries must be securely fastened and covered with non-conductive material but not located in driver's compartment. Dry and / or gel batteries are highly recommended.
16. A motor sport approved neck collar is highly recommended
17. Approved automotive SNELL 90/DOT helmet
18. A minimum of a production type shoulder and lap belt restraint system is required
19. Valid photo identification and minimum age of 16
20. No superchargers, turbochargers and / or nitrous oxide
21. Pump gas and production high octane fuels are permitted. No fuel additives permitted.
22. Radiator must remain in stock position. Electric fans are permitted and must be shrouded

25. Shock must stay within confines of stock production bodies. No adjustable shocks while vehicle is in motion are permitted

SECTION 7 Truck Dirt Drag Racing Rules Dirt drags are co-hosted by the Fulton County Fair Association and the Grease, Steam, & Rust Association. All classes; general rules and vehicle specific rules as well as vehicle descriptions are listed below. For additional information call Daryl at 717-830-0224. PRIZES: First – Trophy Second - Trophy
Drag Race Driver Registration: $15, includes one class, except open class
Buy Backs: $5 Pit Pass: $10 Open Class Fee: $10
Registration starts at 4pm. Registration closes at 6pm. No exceptions-no late entries! Mandatory drivers meeting at 6:15 pm followed by practice run at 6:30 pm. One practice drag per driver / vehicle is allowed. Drag Races will start at approximately 7 pm following practice runs.
Drag Racing Area:
All Drag Racing will be conducted on a dirt surface.
Two side-by-side lanes will be marked by a white lime lines and/or traffic cones.
The track will be "worked" to ensure a safe and fair drag race. This may include disking, watering, and rolling the track.
The "Drag Race Track" will be set between 200 feet.
Pit Passes:
All dirt drag racers, pits crew members and associated parties must sign an insurance waiver and wear a prominently displayed pit pass. Pit passes are $10 each and available at the vehicle registration.
**Rules and Classes used are that of the Fulton County Fair Association. General and vehicles specific rules and classes are listed separately below.**
GENERAL RULES FOR DIRT DRAG RACING APPLIES TO ALL DRAG RACING EVENTS: **See Truck Specific Drag Racing Rules for Additional Rules** General rules apply to every class, all drivers, vehicles and pit crew members in the pits.
1. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITTED ANYWHERE ON THE GROUNDS! Open or closed container does not matter. This is non-negotiable. Any violation of this rule will lead to racer and pit crew automatically being escorted off the grounds without the refunding of entry fees or pit passes.
2. All individuals planning to participate in dirt drag races must register, pay the entry fees, submit their vehicle to inspection, sign the insurance waiver, and wear "prominently displayed" pit pass. No one is to be in the pit area without signing the insurance waiver, and wearing a "prominently displayed" Pit Pass.
3. Elimination format will be determined by the head official.
4. All dirt drag drivers must wear shirt, pants and shoes in competition. ATV drivers see more specifications under ATV rules.
5. All dirt drag racing is performed at racers own risk.
6. A technical and safety inspection by officials is required at time of registration. Any decisions by the officials regarding what class a vehicle may participate in are FINAL!!
7. Each vehicle must have the class and participant number written on the vehicle by the event staff for quick identification purposes for even officials the announcer and the spectators.
8. All drivers are required to attend driver's meeting prior of start of event.
9. Officials reserve the right to re-inspect any vehicle participating in the event.
10. Excessive loss of liquid on the track or loss of parts is caused for disqualification.
11. Any vehicle that touches the white line, traffic cones, or Jersey Barricades either side of the truck's lane will be disqualified.
12. Winners will return to the staging area immediately in order to receive staging instructions for their next race.
13. ANY and ALL rules are subject to alteration by officials for the needs of the event. Officials will attempt to relay any event rule alterations at the driver's meeting prior to the event starting.
14. Failure to observe any and all rules by driver or pit crew may result in disqualification without the refunding of entry fees or pit passes.
15. The use of foul language, arguing with event officials, or other unsportsmanlike conduct is cause for disqualification of BOTH the driver and the vehicle for the event!! Such actions will also be considered cause for being barred from future events.
16. Driver is responsible for the actions and conduct of his or her own pit crew.
17. All drag racing decisions such as winners and possible disqualifications are FINAL. There is NO APPEAL PROCESS.
18. It takes 3 machines/ riders to make a class. If there are less than 3 machines / riders in one class, then classes will be consolidated at the discretion of the officials.
Safety considerations: 1. No speeding or hot rodding in the pit area. Any vehicle in the opinion of "event officials" engaging in "horseplay" or operating in an unsafe manner may be ejected from the event, escorted out of the pit area, disqualified, and barred from future events.
2. Driver must stay with their vehicle while their class is participating. Failure to stay with your vehicle can result in a disqualification. Drivers may not leave the driver’s seat while vehicle is on the track. Driver will take all directions from the officials while on the track and in the pit area.
3. No one is permitted on track except officials and dirt drag racers. The only exception is: pit crew members are only permitted on track to aid in restarting a disabled participating vehicle.
Truck Specific Dirt Drag Racing Rules **See General Rules for Additional Rules**
1. A valid photo driver's license is required for the driver.
2. All Dirt Drag Racers must be at least 16 years or older to enter any class. Any driver who is 16 or 17 must have a consent waiver signed by guardian.
3. All Dirt Drag Drivers must wear shirt, pants and shoes in competition.
4. Vehicle registration and insurance may be requested by officials for the showroom and street classes.
5. All participating vehicles must be four wheel drive or front wheel drive.
6. All vehicles must have a windshield.
7. Dual rear wheels are only permitted on trucks that came from factory with duals on them.
8. Seatbelts are to be worn in ALL classes.
9. Passengers are only permitted inside the vehicle and must wear a seatbelt.
Dirt Drag Truck Racing is open to: 1. Diesel and gasoline trucks with four wheel drive. Automatic and standard transmissions are permitted and may compete in one of (4) diesel or gasoline classes as determined by officials after technical inspection.
2. SUV’s and cars: Automatic and standard transmissions are permitted and will compete in a single class.

Absolute Showroom Gas: This class is intended for gas trucks that are factory in options and appearance. This class is intended for daily drivers and work trucks with very few external add on's and no internal modifications. To put is as plain and simple as it can be stated, this class is for basically stock trucks, no modifications allowed in this class.
1. All general and truck specific drag racing rules apply.
2. 95% factory.
3. No internal or external modifications are permitted. (except air cleaner)
4. No Tuners or EFI Live.
5. Truck exhaust system must pass state inspection and inspection of officials.
6. An upgrade or aftermarket air cleaner is permitted.
7. Standard pump gas only (no racing fuel, alcohol, etc.)
8. Snow plow frames are permitted on front of truck.
9. No blocked suspension permitted.
10. No cut tires.
Street Class Gas: This class is intended for gas trucks that are slightly more than stock in options and appearance. These trucks will be a little hotter than those in "Absolute Showroom", however, must still be "Street Legal" (that means pass state inspection including paperwork). This class permits modifications as listed below:
1. All general rules apply.
2. The truck should look and sound-like an everyday driver.
3. Two external or internal add on's or modifications are permitted. Examples of such add on's or modifications would be an aluminum or aftermarket intake manifold, headers, or an aftermarket or upgraded carburetor.
4. Rough idle will be considered a modification
5. An upgraded or aftermarket air cleaner is permitted.
6. Truck exhaust system must pass state inspection and inspection of officials.
7. Posi-traction carriers allowed. No welded carriers or spools permitted in front rear or rear differential.
9. Rims up to a maximum of 10 inches wide are permitted. No cut tires.
10. Racing fuel permitted. No Nitrous Oxide permitted.
11. Stock springs and overloads only. No blocked suspension permitted.
12. Helper springs or air bags may be utilized; however, either will count as an add on.
High Output Street: This class is intended for the hottest of the "still street legal" gas trucks. The class has the most permitted modifications or add on's of any street legal class offered here.
1. All general rules apply.
2. Valid State Vehicle Registration and Inspection ARE NOT REQUIRED.
3. Engine must be of the same brand as manufactured chassis. (Ex. Dodge truck/Dodge engine, Ford truck/Ford engine).
4. Limited to one (1) four-barrel carburetor.
5. A high-rise manifold is permitted.
6. Factory fuel injection and turbo chargers allowed.
7. Headers allowed with mufflers.
8. Exhaust should exit rear of truck or vertical stacks behind cab.
9. Internal engine changes are permitted.
10. NO frame alterations are permitted.
11. Positive or welded differentials are permitted.
12. Must have a working suspension components (hangers, shackles, and springs); however, suspension may be temporarily blocked in some manner.
13. Rims up to a maximum of 10 inches wide are permitted. Tread width up to a maximum of 12 inches wide are permitted. D.O.T. tires only. Cut tires allowed. No wrangler type tires, bar (tractor tread) or stock car tires.
14. Racing fuel is permitted. No Nitrous Oxide permitted.
Outlaw Gasser: This is the hottest class of Gas Trucks that we drag race here. This class has the "most permitted modifications or least amount of restrictions" depending on your point of view. A truck in this class is not required to be "Street Legal".
1. All general rules apply.
2. Fuel injection, turbos, and supercharges are permitted.
3. Headers may protrude through hood.
4. Hood modifications allowed for fuel injection, turbos and supercharges providing stock appearance is maintained.
5. Multiple carburetions are permitted.
6. Modified trucks may run without radiator; motor may be moved forward, but must stay behind grill.
7. Engine may be of different manufacturer than chassis.
8. Frames may be different than manufacturer than the body of the truck; however, wheels must be in original wheel well location in relationship to the body being used. The center of the top of any tire must be within 6 inches plus or minus the center of original wheel well of the body being used.
9. Positive or welded differentials are permitted.
10. Suspension blocking is permitted.
11. Rims up to a maximum of 10 inches wide are permitted. Tread width up to a maximum of 12 inches wide are permitted. D.O.T. tires only. Cut tires allowed. No wrangler type tires, bar (tractor tread) or stock car tires.
12. Gasoline, racing fuel, or alcohol is permitted. No Nitrous Oxide permitted.
13. An emergency kill switch is required.
14. Fire extinguisher required in cab.
Absolute Showroom Diesel: This class is intended for diesel trucks that are factory options and appearance. This class is intended for daily drivers and work trucks with few external add on's and no internal modifications. This class is for basically stock diesel trucks, no modifications.
1. All general rules apply.
2. 95% factory.
3. No internal or external modifications are permitted. (except air cleaner and exhaust system)
4. No Programmers, Tuners or EFI Live.
5. Exhaust should exit rear of truck or vertical stacks behind cab.
6. Truck exhaust system must pass state inspection and inspection of Track Officials.
7. A technical safety inspection is required at registration.
8. An upgrade or aftermarket air cleaner is permitted.
9. Turbos are to be original and stock. This is no swapping between makes or aftermarket permitted in this class.
10. No supplemental injection systems (examples: propane, methane, water injection, etc.)
11. No. 2 Diesel fuel only.
12. Tires must be DOT tires (no cut tires). No wrangler type tires, bar (tractor tread). Duals allowed on dually trucks only
13. Snow plow frames are permitted on front of truck.
14. No frame or suspension modifications. No suspension add ons, air bags or helper springs. No blocked suspension.
15. No laptop computers allowed.
Street Diesel Class: This class is intended for diesel trucks that are slightly more than stock in options and appearance. These trucks will be a little hotter than those in "absolute showroom", however, must still be "street legal" (that means pass state inspection including paperwork). This class permits limited modifications as listed below:
1. All general rules apply.
2. All electronic tuners, lap tops, data loggers allowed.
3. An upgraded or aftermarket air cleaner is permitted.
4. Exhaust should exit rear of truck or vertical stacks behind cab.
5. Truck exhaust system must pass state inspection and inspection of officials.
6. No. 2 Diesel Fuel only. Nitrous Oxide injection IS NOT permitted. No supplemental injection systems (example: propane, methane, water injection, etc.). Factory Turbo.
7. Tires must be DOT tires (no cut tires). No wrangler type tires, bar (tractor tread). Duals permitted on dually trucks only.
Super Street Class: This class is for slightly more than street class. Class modifications are listed below:
1. All general rules apply.
2. Tuner allowed.
3. Exhaust should exit rear of truck or vertical stacks behind cab.
4. Tires must be DOT approved (no cut tires or tractor tread). Duals on dually trucks only.
5. No. 2 diesel fuel only. Methoral injection allowed.
6. Traction bars allowed.
7. Upgraded turbo allowed.
Outlaw Diesel: This is the hottest class of diesel trucks that we drag race here. This class has the "most permitted modifications or least amount of restrictions" depending on your point of view. A truck in this class is not required to be "street legal".
1. All general rules apply.
2. Fire extinguisher required in cab.
3. Helmets, seat belts, fire suits required.
4. Safety blanket on automatic transmissions.
5. All tuners, lap tops, data loggers allowed.
6. Turbos are unlimited single or 3.2 atmosphere twin.
7. Fuel: Diesel, Nitrous, Propane, water/meth are permitted.
8. Positive or welded differentials are permitted.
9. Removable/adjustable suspension stops, suspension traction bars, ladders bars, airbags and travel straps are all permitted. Suspension blocking is permitted.
10. Vertical exhaust systems are permitted.
11. Pulling tires and cut tires allowed.
